2. Install the Zoom video conferencing software.

All our meetings take place online. It's always the same link. You only need to install the Zoom software once. Or maybe it's already on your computer. Here's how it works:

 

  1. Find the Zoom link in the welcome email:
  2. Click the link

Zoom installation starting? Proceed as follows:

  • follow the instructions
  • confirm the installation
  • You don't need to create an account.
  • Click the Zoom link again.
  • Do you see a window like the one on the right?
  • You're ready!

Tip: it's easier on a computer than on a smartphone.

If the installation does not work, simply click on "Join from your browser" or "Participate with your browser" in your browser.

    3. Ensure that you can log in to the learning platform.

    You need the learning platform to prepare for, during, and after class. The learning content and assignments on the platform are crucial to your learning success. Here's how to log in:

     

    1. Find your username and password in the welcome email.
    2. Click on this link https://medicuslinguae.matrixlms.eu/ 
    3. Bookmark

      You will find both in the welcome email:

      Tip: you can log in from any computer with internet access. Simply visit our website www.medicuslinguae.com and click 'Login' in the top right-hand corner.

        A new lesson will be published every week. Each lesson contains all the learning materials you need for the current lesson.

        4. You're ready! 

        • Mark the date of the first class in your calendar.
        • Log in to the learning platform shortly before the start.
